Before beginning personal improvement sessions, all new clients complete an Initial Consultation. This comprehensive assessment gives us a clear picture of your movement quality, physical strengths and limitations, and swing mechanics, so we can build a plan that's designed for you.

What's Included

TPI Movement Screen

A full Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) movement assessment evaluating mobility, stability, posture, and rotational patterns. This screen identifies the physical characteristics that help — or limit — your swing, giving us a data-backed foundation to build from.

Strength
Testing

Golf-specific strength assessments across your lower body, upper body, and core. Understanding where you're strong — and where there's room to grow — helps us build a plan that translates directly to more power and control on the course.

Power
Testing

Explosive power assessments that measure speed production, force generation, and athletic explosiveness. These results correlate directly with clubhead speed and distance, so we know exactly where to focus to move the needle.

Mobility & Balance Analysis

A detailed look at hip and thoracic mobility, shoulder range of motion, single-leg balance, and rotational stability — the factors that drive consistency, comfort, and longevity in your swing.

Simulator Swing Evaluation

We close with a full swing evaluation on our Full Swing simulator, capturing data on swing path, clubface control, contact quality, ball flight, and speed metrics. By connecting your movement screen results to your swing characteristics, we leave nothing to guesswork.
