Personal Improvement Sessions

INITIAL CONSULTATION

If you don't assess, it's just a guess.

Before beginning personal improvement sessions, all new clients complete an Initial Consultation — a TPI assessment designed to evaluate movement quality, mobility, swing mechanics, fitness level, and injury history. This screening helps us better understand your body and build a customized plan tailored to your goals, performance needs, and long-term development on the course.
